I’ve heard both, but I’ve also heard that having your hair cut dry and worsen split ends. Is this true?
Reason why I ask. I recently made a friend who’s a hair stylist. She told me she perfered cutting hair dry because she said it was better, but i’ve always been told the opossite. She said that most stylist rather cut their clients hair wet because it duels their sheers to cut dry. I’m not sure if she is right or not.
BTW i meant "dull" sorry!

Yes.
All hairdressers (or all sane ones) cut hair while wet.

It makes a difference depending on the texture of your hair. If your hair is straight it shouldn’t matter, but if it’s curly having it wet is easier for the person cutting it. Just make sure they cut it a lit longer than wanted to make up for the curl. I don’t think you can get worse split ends from cutting it dry. Some people just like it because it’s already how it will look in the end.
