I’ve heard both, but I’ve also heard that having your hair cut dry and worsen split ends. Is this true?
Reason why I ask. I recently made a friend who’s a hair stylist. She told me she perfered cutting hair dry because she said it was better, but i’ve always been told the opossite. She said that most stylist rather cut their clients hair wet because it duels their sheers to cut dry. I’m not sure if she is right or not.
BTW i meant "dull" sorry!

i like scene hair on guys – longer in the front and shorter in the back. the hair definitely has to hang in the eyes at least, and cannot be longer than chin length (fringe only). XD

I have heard that if you cut your hair often, your hair will grow faster. And that’s why, the people that never cut their hair, have hair grow slowly.
Is this true?

Hair grows from the root, not the ends, so cutting your hair doesn’t make your hair grow faster.

That being said, trimming your hair cuts the split ends off so your hair can grow strong. So it doesn’t make your hair grow faster, just healthier.

How to you cut your hair yourself and make it look,that emo type style?

spike it in the back and maybe add a streak of color. Also put your bangs in front of your face. "tease it"

do you give them a picture of how you want it 2 look like or do you tell them you want a lot of layers?

please help me.

i’m getting my haircut 2morrow.

bring in an extreamly good picture.
tell them to use a razor.
lots of layers.
make sure its teased.
& ask them to explain how to maintain your haircut.

For the past 2 years or so I have been getting my hair cut every 3 weeks as I dye it and straighten and it needed getting rid of the dead/split ends and also because my hair grows real fast. I still dye and straighten but my hair’s been in really good condition recently (super soft) and I’ve not had it cut in over 5 weeks. How often should you get your hair cut?

ur like me! kinda rough on the hair with the styling and what not. every 4-6 weeks is good. gives enough time for more to grow back

Just curious. I’ll be going camping for three weeks and I’m curious how you can cut your hair in a survival situation?

Nothing much you can do. The only way i can think of is to get a really short buzz (or even shave) before you go and live with it for three weeks. Unless you can take along a really really sharp knife but then you’ll probably end up with a big mess on your head
