Layered Hairstyles do not have to be difficult, and most Long Layered Hairstyles are easy to recreate by watching Scissorboy hair cutting videos. Woody Michleb of:

shows us his best Layered Hair techqnique. It’s called the Phantom Celebrity Hairstyle. Phantom layering is a technique in which long hair is cut using short length shears (about 5.5).
In this technique, the layered haircut is created by moving in and out of the long hair. This takes out less hair as compared to traditional haircutting and provides a softer look.

In this hair cutting video, Woody not only shows his best Long Layered Hairstyles hair cutting techniques, but also presents the basics of complementing hairstyles with color.
Long Layered Hairstyles are not difficult. They can be made easier if we find similarities between haircutting and the subjects that we studied at school.
If we think Measurement of hair, Shape and Physical Reaction (haircutting process) are analogous to Math, Physics and Chemistry, haircutting becomes easier.

How much in the Gold Coast/Brisbane, etc. cost to get my hair (which is curly, and LONG) thinned, dyed, layered, cut shorter and put streaks in it cost on average and max cost at a good salon?
